Is delivery free?

A free rate applies only when it is shown at checkout for the current order and destination.

How long does shipping take?

Preparation generally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange a non-defective item?

Yes. A change of mind, personal preference, or wrong selection may be submitted for a mail return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. The item must be new, unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and accessories.

What return charges apply?

The free return label is included in the package. We do not charge a restocking fee. Do not send anything without authorization.

Send the order number, checkout email, explanation, and clear photographs or video of the item and packaging. We will review replacement, exchange, or refund options.
